BESPOKE
Since our launch in 2019, The Book & Bucket have had the privilege to work closely with Development and Executive chefs to create a number of bespoke cheeses, all of which have received recognised Awards, including a coveted Gold at the World Cheese Awards.

Our Golding cheese, a highly sustainable Ricotta Salata cheese created exclusively for the The Pig Hotel Group, was awarded a Silver at the World Cheese Awards in 2022 and received a Great Taste star in 2021.
Potter, a soft, cow's milk cheese, was also made collaboratively with The Pig Hotel Group. Originally created for use in cheesecakes, Potter is now used across their locations in both sweet and savoury dishes. Potter was awarded a Silver at the Artisan Cheese Awards in 2021.
More recently, Peter has worked closely with the Development Chef team at Cunard to create 2 unique new cheeses. Stowaway was launched for the maiden voyage of the newest ship in their fleet - Queen Anne. A second cheese, Captain's Wheel, launched in December 2024.

Stowaway has been awarded a Bronze at the World Cheese Awards and a Gold at the Global Cheese Awards in 2024. Captain's Wheel has been awarded a Gold at the World Cheese Awards, Gold at the Global Cheese Awards and Silver at the International Cheese Awards in 2024.
